Anita Cooke graduated in music and fine arts at Fontys Hogescholen. In South Africa she continued her studies and taught both music and fine arts at the Drakensberg Boys' Choir School. After returning to The Netherlands she obtained a degree in English. Since 2012 she teaches English to students and staff at Conservatorium Maastricht.
