Last weekend, Alex Lemmens, a student of Roeland Hendrikx at the Junior Conservatorium, achieved an impressive milestone. Alex won first prize in the second division of the Dutch Championship for Soloists and Ensembles (Nederlands Kampioenschap voor Solisten en Ensembles) with the first movement of Stamitz’s Clarinet Concerto No. 3.
Having played the clarinet for three years, Alex continues to develop his musical skills and artistry at the Junior programme of Conservatorium Maastricht. We congratulate Alex on this remarkable achievement and look forward to following his musical journey!
