In the Moving Concerts, Conservatorium Maastricht collaborates with concert stages in the Euregion. This way they provide concert opportunities for top ensembles, top soloists and other larger ensembles or orchestras. This way, the Euregion can experience what these young musicians can offer, and students can experience how a professional performing career might be like. These young musicians, or ‘moving musicians’, learn about a professional attitude next to their excellent performance quality, which will help them in their professional career. About Filigran Duo
Join us for an enchanting morning of classical music on 19th December 2024 at 12:30 pm, as violinist Theodore Kim and pianist Seulbi Cho, talented students from the Conservatorium Maastricht, bring their artistry to the Kleinezaal at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven.
Formed in May 2024, this violin-piano duo chose the name “Filigran,” inspired by the German word for “delicate,” reflecting their dedication to refined, sensitive interpretations. With a deep passion for classical music traditions and a commitment to authentic, expressive performance, Theodore and Seulbi create a heartfelt connection with their audiences through each piece.
The recital program will feature timeless works by renowned composers, including Mozart, Beethoven, Wieniawski, and Saint-Saëns, promising an unforgettable experience filled with rich melodies and emotional depth. This is a unique opportunity to experience the skill and passion of these emerging musicians in an intimate setting. Tickets are available here

Semyan Trio

About the Semyan Trio and the programme

On 18 January 2025, at 8 PM, the Semyan Piano Trio will perform at De Kopermolen in Vaals. 
Their programme features:
Beethoven’s Piano Trio No. 4 in B-flat major, Op. 11
Fauré’s Piano Trio in D minor, Op. 120
Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio No. 2 in C minor, Op. 66

Formed at the Conservatorium Maastricht in 2023, the Semyan Piano Trio comprises three young musicians: Yanis Grisó (violin), Mikayel Voskanyan (cello), and Seulbi Cho (piano). Their shared passion for chamber music and dedication to the art form have quickly gained them recognition. Each member brings their own artistry to the ensemble, resulting in dynamic and engaging performances.
With heartfelt interpretations and a vibrant stage presence, Trio Semyan aims to inspire and move audiences, creating unforgettable musical experiences. Their performances are characterized by a deep emotional connection to the music and a genuine desire to communicate its essence to the listeners.
Join us for an evening of exceptional music-making in the intimate setting of the Kopermolen.
