Jazz Camp for Girls in Maastricht – Music Camp for Teen Girls
The successful Danish concept Jazz Camp for Girls is coming to Maastricht! For over ten years, this inspiring music camp for girls in Denmark has helped young musicians discover jazz, improvisation and instruments in a playful and creative way. In October 2026, the second Dutch edition of Jazz Camp for Girls will take place at Conservatorium Maastricht, and girls aged 12 to 16 can join!
Discover Jazz, Improvisation and Performance
Are you curious about jazz? Do you want to learn improvisation, grow your musical confidence and enjoy performing on stage? At this jazz camp for teenage girls, you will explore new sounds, experiment with your instrument and make music together with others.
Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, everyone is welcome – no minimum level is required. Under the guidance of professional jazz musicians, you will:

Develop your own compositions
At Jazz Camp for Girls, fun and creativity come first. It is the perfect way to discover jazz in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Who Can Join the Jazz Camp?
The camp is open to:
- Girls aged 12 to 16 who play an instrument and want to discover jazz.
- Gender-expansive young people who feel connected to this group and atmosphere.

Location – Conservatorium Maastricht
The camp takes place at the Jazz Department of Conservatorium Maastricht (Franciscus Romanusweg 90, Maastricht).
